Meraki Espresso Machine GEN 2

Meraki Espresso Machine GEN 2

A Complete Professional Espresso System for Home

The MERAKI Espresso Machine Generation 2 brings grinding, dosing, brewing, steaming and recipe control together in one coordinated system. Designed for repeatable home espresso, it combines professional hardware with integrated measurement and touchscreen controls to create a smoother workflow from coffee beans to cup.

Commercial-Grade Rotary Pump

The commercial-grade rotary pump delivers consistent 9-bar pressure throughout extraction. Stable pressure helps create a more controlled and repeatable espresso brewing process from the beginning to the end of every shot.

Independent Dual Boiler System

Separate brew and steam boilers allow espresso extraction and milk steaming to operate independently and simultaneously. The dual-boiler architecture provides dedicated temperature control for brewing and steaming without requiring the user to switch between functions.

Integrated Espresso Grinder with 45 Settings

Generation 2 expands the built-in grinder to 45 individual grind settings, offering finer control across different coffee styles and roast levels. The grinder is designed specifically for espresso and includes anti-static dosing with near-zero retention.

Grind by Weight

The integrated grind scale measures the coffee dose during grinding and automatically stops once the selected target weight is reached. This helps users reproduce the same coffee dose without depending only on grinding time.

Brew by Weight

The built-in brew scale measures espresso yield directly beneath the cup. Users can set their preferred coffee-to-espresso ratio, and the machine automatically stops extraction when the target yield is reached. Brewing information is displayed through the touchscreen interface during extraction.

Steam by Temperature

MERAKI’s dedicated steam system produces powerful dry steam for milk texturing. The integrated milk-temperature sensor allows users to select a target temperature, with the system stopping automatically when the milk reaches the selected setting.

Compatible with 58 mm E61-Style Portafilters

The Generation 2 brew group supports standard 58 mm E61-style portafilters, providing access to a wider selection of compatible portafilters and espresso preparation accessories.

Redesigned Two-Stage Shower Screen

Generation 2 features a redesigned shower screen with a two-stage diffusion process. The design manages pressure before distributing water across the coffee bed, supporting more even saturation and greater consistency between extractions.

Pre-Infusion Control

Pre-infusion gently wets the coffee bed before full brewing pressure is applied. This supports more even extraction before the rotary pump reaches its full operating pressure.

Dedicated Hot-Water Outlet

A separate hot-water outlet provides precisely heated water for preparing Americanos, tea and other hot beverages without using the steam wand.

Intuitive Touchscreen Interface

The touchscreen brings grinding, dosing, brewing, milk-temperature settings and recipe information together in one interface. Generation 2 also includes multilingual operating-system support for a more accessible user experience.
