RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of our products, including food items, beverages, coffee products, consumables, seasonal products, limited-edition items, and promotional products, we do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Customer dissatisfaction with taste, preference, aroma, or subjective expectations
- Failure to read product descriptions
- Delayed delivery caused by third-party couriers
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Any claim relating to incorrect, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the shipment and must include clear photographic evidence.
We reserve the sole and absolute right to determine the validity of any claim and the appropriate resolution, including replacement, store credit, partial refund, or claim rejection.
Our decision shall be final and binding.
